Gina Osorio Wallace
Senior Program Manager, Grants and Community RelationsAs a senior program manager in the Grants department, Gina collaborates with the Foundation’s Executive Director to oversee the development and management of grants to other nonprofit organizations that share the Foundation’s commitment to advancing the education of exceptionally promising students who have financial need. Prior to joining the grants team, Gina was an educational adviser for the Cooke Young Scholars Program.
Before joining the Foundation in 2017, Gina had over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit and college access sector. She has worked at the District of Columbia College Access Program, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund Institute, the Ocean Foundation, and Berklee College of Music.
Gina is an active member of the Loudoun community, serving as a member of the Loudoun County School Business Partnership Executive Council, delegate on the Loudoun County School Board’s Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee and the School Counseling Advisory Council at a local public elementary school.
Gina earned a B.A. in International Studies and a Latin American Studies Certificate from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
